Can I have pets in the portrait?

Pets are welcome and will count as one character. Don't forget to count your furry friend when selecting the number of characters!

What do I write for Design Notes?

Anything you want! Provide the information necessary for us to illustrate your ideas. The more details you provide us, the easier it will be for our artists to accurately portray it.

I have a high number of characters. How should I order?

If you have more than 8 characters, before placing an order, please contact us directly here or send an email to renouardsofficial@gmail.com to discuss your order.

What size will my illustration be?

Our default resolution is 4800 x 3600 pixels (landscape) or 3600 x 4800 pixels (portrait). If you choose to have your illustration printed, it'll be 16" x 12" (landscape) or 12" x 16" (portrait). If you've got a different size in mind, please let us know in the Design Notes.

Can you combine more than one photo?

Absolutely, you can send us up to three images. Make sure to spell out exactly how you want your artwork created or your photos merged in the Design Notes. Trust us to handle the rest!

What if I need to make changes to my order after it's been placed?

Make sure you've spilled all the beans before hitting that order button! Any information not mentioned will be assumed by our artists and any changes beyond revisions including additional characters will come with extra charges.

Do I need an account to place an order?

Nope, making an account isn't required for shopping with us. But we suggest creating an account for a smoother checkout experience!

How do I know when my order has gone through?

You will receive an email that acknowledges your order. The email will include your order number and billing information. If a confirmation email does not pop up after placing an order, please contact us directly here or send an email to renouardsofficial@gmail.com.

Do I get commercial rights for my order?

Yep, knock yourself out! It is now your artwork, you can use it any way you fancy!

Payments

Which payment methods can I use?

We will accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.

What currency will I use at checkout?

The currency you'll be charged depends on where you ship to and will show up at checkout before completing your order. No local currency? No problem! Your order will be charged in USD at a competitive exchange rate.

When will I be charged?

You will be charged as soon as your order is placed on our website.

Delivery

How will I receive my portrait?

Portraits are digital by default. Thus, your portraits will be delivered to you through email. You can also have your portrait printed or framed, but keep in mind there are additional charges and it'll be delivered to your home sweet home.

How long will my order take?

Delivery time is different for each illustration style. Depending on your order, it should be delivered to your email within a few days up to two weeks on average. Details including the delivery time can be found in the descriptions for each product.

How long will revisions take?

Revisions typically require an extra 1-2 days each on average.

What if I want to make changes to my portrait?

Our mission is to ensure your happiness. Depending on the product, you'll get at least one opportunity to revise the initial design(s) for free!

How is the delivery time measured?

Shipping time covers how long it takes for the first design to reach your inbox. The final product's arrival time depends on the amount of initial design revisions. The listed delivery time for each style is for the initial design only.

Do you ship to my country?

Yes, free shipping to everywhere globally!

Returns

Can I ask for a return for my portrait?

Unfortunately, we will not accept returns for personalized art.

Can I ask for a refund?

Unfortunately, there are no refunds once you've hit that order button. But we're all about tweaking those initial designs to make you happy.

What should I do if I have received the wrong item?

If you believe you have been sent the wrong item, please contact us directly here or send an email to renouardsofficial@gmail.com so we can resolve the issue. Kindly provide as much information as possible.
